The Wet Room concept has been widely used in Europe for decades but is relatively new in the UK.
The Principle idea of a wet room is to maximise the space available, allowing unlimited freedom for both able bodied and people with a disability or wheelchair access requirement.
The installation of wet rooms is carried out by using a polyethylene membrane with a grid structure of square cavities and an anchoring fleece laminated to it's underside. It is designed for tile and natural stone installations which ensures that the wet room is fully waterproof.
